With everything that goes on in our lives I wanted to find a way that I can consistently maintain my mind on the positive side of life.
There are a lot of things you can find online and probably have tried on your own but I will share with you one that I have been doing and notice a difference in my state of mind when I stop doing it.
Think of at least 3 things in the morning that I am happy, thankful for.
That is it. The items on the list fluctuate and at times some of them remain the same. If I find that I have the same ones a couple of days in a row, I try to think of a 4th or 5th one.
This simple step makes me be grateful for what I have and has me think of positive things in the morning to get the day started.
